Smile Makeover in Gourock: What to Expect and How It Works

Smile Makeover in Gourock: What to Expect and How It Works

Smile design in Gourock at Dentistry on the Clyde is built around what each individual patient wants to change. The treatments included in your makeover depend on your specific concerns, your dental health and what will most effectively achieve the result you are looking for. This guide walks you through what a smile makeover actually involves, which treatments are most commonly included and what you can realistically expect from the process.

The Design Stage: Seeing Your Result Before Treatment Begins

Every great smile makeover starts with great planning. At Dentistry on the Clyde, we use digital smile design tools to create a visualisation of your potential result at the consultation stage. You see where the plan is heading before any clinical work begins, and we refine the design until it genuinely reflects your goals.

Thorough planning produces more predictable results and eliminates the kind of mid-treatment surprises that occur when work begins without a clear aesthetic direction. Our consultations take the time this planning requires, because a smile makeover built on a clear, agreed vision delivers a far more reliably satisfying outcome than one that jumps straight into treatment.

Professional Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening is the most accessible cosmetic improvement available and one of the most effective for patients whose primary concern is the colour of their teeth. Using prescription-strength whitening gel in custom-fitted trays, it produces results that are far more even and dramatic than anything available without a dental prescription.

In a smile makeover context, whitening is typically the first treatment. Brightening the natural teeth first establishes the new colour baseline. Any veneers, bonding or other restorations placed afterwards are shade-matched to this brighter tone, ensuring a consistent colour across the whole smile. For some patients, whitening alone is all that is needed to achieve the improvement they were looking for.

Composite Bonding

Composite bonding is one of the most versatile and immediately effective treatments in cosmetic dentistry. Tooth-coloured resin is applied directly to the tooth, shaped and sculpted to the desired form and then hardened with a curing light. In a single appointment it can repair chips and cracks, fill gaps between teeth, improve the shape and proportion of individual teeth and adjust the overall balance of the smile.

Bonding is highly conservative because little or no natural tooth structure is removed during the process. For patients who want a meaningful improvement without the commitment or investment of porcelain veneers, or who want to preview the direction of the look before investing in something more permanent, composite bonding is often the ideal starting point. Results last five to seven years before needing refreshing.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are the most powerful tool in smile design for patients who want a comprehensive, lasting transformation of their front teeth. Ultra-thin ceramic shells fabricated in a dental laboratory are bonded permanently to the front surface of the treated teeth, changing their colour, shape, size and surface texture simultaneously.

The ceramic used in porcelain veneers reflects light in a way that closely mimics natural enamel. When well-designed and well-made, they are virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth. They are highly stain-resistant and with good oral hygiene and regular dental care last 15 years or more, making them the strongest long-term investment in a comprehensive smile makeover.

Gum Contouring

The gumline frames the smile and its appearance matters as much as the teeth themselves. An uneven gumline, or one that sits too low and partially covers the tooth surface, can make an otherwise healthy and well-treated smile look unbalanced. No amount of work on the teeth alone will fully correct a poorly proportioned gum frame.

Laser gum contouring uses a precision laser to remove excess or uneven gum tissue with minimal discomfort and a straightforward recovery. The result is a more symmetrical, balanced gumline that allows the teeth to take their proper place in the smile and the finished result to look genuinely harmonious.

Orthodontic Treatment Before Cosmetic Finishing

Where mild crowding or spacing is contributing to cosmetic concerns, a short course of clear aligner treatment may be recommended before cosmetic finishing treatments are placed. Correcting alignment orthodontically first produces a more natural result and reduces the number of teeth that need cosmetic treatment.

This approach is both more clinically appropriate and more conservative than using veneers or bonding to compensate for alignment issues that could be addressed more straightforwardly with orthodontics. It also means less material is needed on each tooth, which preserves more of the natural tooth structure.

What Realistically Changes After a Smile Makeover in Gourock?

Patients who complete a smile makeover at Dentistry on the Clyde consistently report teeth that are whiter and more consistent in colour, a more balanced and proportionate smile, the elimination of chips, gaps and worn surfaces, and a finished result that looks natural and genuinely suits their face.

Beyond the clinical changes, patients also describe greater confidence in smiling, less self-consciousness in social and professional situations and a feeling that their smile now reflects how they feel on the inside. These outcomes are reported across every level of makeover complexity, from simple whitening through to comprehensive veneer cases.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need all of these treatments as part of my smile makeover in Gourock?

Very unlikely. Your makeover plan will include only the treatments relevant to your specific concerns. Some patients benefit enormously from whitening alone. Others need a more comprehensive combination. The consultation is where we determine exactly what is right for your smile and your goals, based on your actual teeth rather than a standard package.

How long does smile design take from consultation to completion in Gourock?

A whitening and composite bonding plan typically takes two to three appointments over a few weeks. A plan including porcelain veneers takes four to six appointments over four to eight weeks to allow for laboratory fabrication. Your dentist will give you a specific timeline at your consultation based on the treatments involved in your individual plan.

Is composite bonding or porcelain veneers a better choice for smile design in Gourock?

It depends entirely on your specific situation. Composite bonding is more conservative, more affordable and can be completed in a single visit. Porcelain veneers are more durable, more stain-resistant and more transformative for patients with multiple concerns. Your dentist will give you an honest recommendation based on your teeth, your goals and how long you want the result to last.

Teeth Whitening in Gourock: How Professional Whitening Can Transform Your Smile

Teeth Whitening in Gourock: How Professional Whitening Can Transform Your Smile

The Smile You Want May Be Simpler to Achieve Than You Expect

There is a tendency to assume that improving your smile requires significant time, expense, or complex dental treatment. For many patients in Gourock, the reality is considerably more straightforward. If the main concern is the colour of your teeth, professional whitening is often all that is needed to make a genuinely meaningful difference, and the process is simpler and more comfortable than most people anticipate before they try it.

Teeth naturally become less bright over time. This is not a reflection of how well you look after your teeth. It is a consequence of the foods and drinks most of us consume every day, the natural ageing of the tooth structure, and in some cases habits such as smoking that accelerate the process. Professional teeth whitening addresses these changes directly, lifting accumulated staining and restoring a level of brightness that feels natural rather than artificial.

At Dentistry on the Clyde in Gourock, whitening treatments are provided safely under clinical supervision, with results tailored to each patient’s starting point and goals. This guide covers everything you need to know before booking your first consultation.

Patients can find out more about the treatments available at Dentistry on the Clyde by visiting the Dentistry on the Clyde website.

Understanding Tooth Discolouration

Before exploring how whitening works, it helps to understand why teeth change colour in the first place. Many patients are surprised to discover that excellent oral hygiene does not protect against all forms of discolouration, because some of the most common causes have nothing to do with how well you brush.

Tooth enamel, whilst hard and durable, has a microscopic surface texture that allows pigmented compounds from food and drink to gradually accumulate over time. This process is slow enough that most people do not notice it happening, but over months and years the cumulative effect becomes clearly visible.

Common causes of tooth discolouration include:

  • Tea and coffee, which are among the most frequent contributors to yellowing due to their tannin content
  • Red wine, whose deeply pigmented compounds bind readily to enamel
  • Tobacco and smoking, which produce both surface and deeper discolouration
  • Dark-coloured foods including berries, soy sauce, and tomato-based products
  • Natural ageing, which thins the enamel layer and allows the darker dentine beneath to show through
  • Certain medications that can affect tooth colour from within the tooth structure

Recognising the cause of your discolouration is a useful first step because it also informs how effective whitening is likely to be and what post-treatment habits will best protect your results.

The Whitening Process at Dentistry on the Clyde

Professional teeth whitening at Dentistry on the Clyde uses clinically approved gels that work by penetrating the enamel surface and breaking down the pigmented compounds responsible for staining. The results are considerably more significant than those achievable with over-the-counter whitening products, which use lower concentrations of active ingredients and lack the clinical oversight that makes professional treatment both safer and more effective.

The process at Dentistry on the Clyde typically follows these stages:

  • An initial consultation to examine your teeth and gums and confirm that whitening is appropriate
  • Custom whitening trays made to fit your teeth precisely using impressions or digital scans
  • Professional-grade whitening gel supplied for use with the trays at home
  • A gradual whitening process completed over several days to a few weeks

The precision fit of the custom trays is one of the most important factors in achieving a good result. When the tray fits accurately, the gel distributes evenly across every tooth surface and maintains consistent contact throughout the wear period. This is what produces the uniform brightening across the whole smile that patients notice most immediately after treatment.

Who Benefits Most From Professional Whitening?

Professional teeth whitening is suitable for most adults in good overall oral health who are looking to improve the colour of their smile. It is particularly well suited to patients whose discolouration has developed gradually as a result of diet, lifestyle, or ageing.

Patients who tend to see the most satisfying results include those who:

  • Have noticed their teeth becoming progressively yellower or darker over the years
  • Have staining associated with regular tea, coffee, or red wine consumption
  • Want to address discolouration caused by smoking or previous tobacco use
  • Are approaching a wedding, milestone birthday, or other significant occasion
  • Simply want their smile to reflect the confidence they feel in the rest of their life

A consultation at Dentistry on the Clyde will allow your dentist to assess the type and extent of your discolouration and advise on what whitening can realistically achieve for your specific situation. Not all types of staining respond equally well to whitening, and your dentist will be straightforward with you about the expected outcome before treatment begins.

Looking After Your Smile After Whitening

The results of professional whitening are not permanent, but they are long-lasting when supported by sensible habits. Most patients find their results remain noticeable for several months, and some find they last considerably longer depending on their lifestyle.

To get the most from your whitening treatment at Dentistry on the Clyde, the following steps make a meaningful difference:

  • Brush twice daily using a fluoride toothpaste to maintain surface cleanliness and enamel health
  • Attend regular dental check-ups to keep your teeth and gums in good condition
  • Limit the frequency of staining drinks such as tea, coffee, and red wine, and consider using a straw to reduce direct contact with the teeth
  • Avoid or reduce tobacco use, which is one of the most significant contributors to post-treatment re-staining
  • Ask your dentist about top-up whitening when results begin to fade, to refresh and maintain your brightness over time

The habits that protect your whitening results are, broadly speaking, the same habits that support good oral health generally, so the two goals reinforce each other naturally.

Teeth Whitening in Gourock Frequently Asked Questions

Is professional teeth whitening safe for my enamel?

Yes, when carried out correctly with professional products under clinical supervision. The whitening gels used at Dentistry on the Clyde are formulated to lift staining without compromising enamel integrity. The risk of enamel damage is associated with overuse or misuse of whitening products, particularly high-concentration products used without professional guidance, which is precisely what professional supervision is designed to prevent.

How noticeable will the results be?

This varies between patients depending on the starting colour of the teeth and the type of staining present. Most patients see a meaningful improvement that is clearly noticeable to themselves and to others. Your dentist at Dentistry on the Clyde will give you a realistic sense of what to expect based on your individual assessment during the consultation.

How long does professional whitening take?

The initial consultation and tray fitting typically require one or two short appointments. The whitening itself is carried out at home over a period of several days to a couple of weeks, depending on your starting shade and how bright you would like your teeth to become. The gradual nature of home whitening tends to produce very natural-looking results.

Will whitening work on crowns, veneers, or fillings?

Whitening gel works on natural tooth enamel but does not change the colour of dental restorations such as crowns, veneers, or composite fillings. If you have visible restorations, your dentist at Dentistry on the Clyde will discuss this with you during your consultation so that you have a clear picture of the likely outcome before treatment begins.

What if my teeth are sensitive?

Sensitivity is a common concern among patients considering whitening, and it should not automatically deter you from exploring treatment. Many patients with sensitive teeth are suitable for whitening with appropriate adjustments to the gel concentration and wear schedule. Your dentist will assess your sensitivity during the consultation and recommend the most comfortable approach.

Many adults and teenagers in Gourock are now choosing to improve their smiles with modern orthodontic treatment that is discreet, carefully planned and designed for long term success. At Dentistry on the Clyde, we provide personalised teeth straightening tailored to your lifestyle, goals and oral health needs.

Why Straight Teeth Matter

Straight teeth are not only about appearance. Misalignment can make brushing and flossing more difficult, increase the risk of gum disease, cause uneven enamel wear and place strain on the jaw. Correct alignment supports better oral hygiene, improved bite balance and long term stability.

Modern Teeth Straightening in Gourock

Orthodontic treatment in 2026 benefits from digital scanning and precise planning. We use advanced technology to create detailed 3D images of your teeth, allowing us to plan movement accurately and explain each stage clearly. Many patients appreciate seeing a visual projection of their expected results before treatment begins.

Clear Aligners

Clear aligners are transparent, custom made trays that gradually guide your teeth into position. They are removable for meals and cleaning, making them suitable for busy lifestyles. Aligners are popular among adults seeking a subtle and flexible treatment option.

Fixed Braces

For more complex alignment concerns, fixed braces may provide the control needed to achieve optimal results. Modern systems are smaller and more comfortable than traditional braces, offering reliable outcomes with improved aesthetics.

Your Consultation

Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment at Dentistry on the Clyde. We will examine your teeth and bite, take digital scans and discuss your goals. You will receive a personalised treatment plan outlining expected timelines, appointments and costs. Most treatments take between 6 and 18 months depending on complexity, followed by retainers to maintain your results.

What Is Composite Bonding?

Composite bonding is a cosmetic dental treatment where a tooth-coloured resin is carefully applied to the surface of the tooth, then sculpted and polished to create a smooth, natural finish.

It’s ideal for improving:

  • Chipped or cracked teeth

  • Small gaps between teeth

  • Uneven or worn edges

  • Teeth that are discoloured or stained

The Composite Bonding Process – What to Expect

Your journey begins with a consultation where we discuss what you’d like to change and assess your smile. We’ll explain your options clearly and design a plan that suits your needs.

On the day of treatment:

  1. The tooth surface is gently prepared

  2. The composite resin is applied and shaped by hand

  3. A curing light hardens the material

  4. The tooth is polished to a smooth, glossy finish

Most treatments are completed in a single visit, and you can return to normal activities immediately.

Subtle, Natural Results That Make a Real Difference

At Dentistry on the Clyde, our philosophy is all about enhancing, not changing. Composite bonding should improve balance, shape, and brightness while still looking completely natural.

We pay close attention to:

  • Proportion and symmetry

Porcelain vs Composite Veneers in Gourock | Dentistry on the Clyde

Porcelain vs Composite Veneers: Which Smile Solution Is Right for You at Dentistry on the Clyde?

Porcelain vs Composite Veneers – If you’ve been thinking about improving your smile, you’re not alone. At Dentistry on the Clyde in Gourock, many patients ask us the same question:

“Should I choose porcelain or composite veneers?”

Both options can dramatically enhance your smile, but they suit different needs, lifestyles, and goals. In this guide, we’ll break down the differences so you can feel confident choosing the option that’s right for you.

What Are Veneers? A Simple Explanation

Veneers are thin, custom-made coverings that sit over the front surface of your teeth to improve their shape, colour, and overall appearance. They’re a popular solution for a wide range of cosmetic concerns, including:

  • Discoloured or stained teeth

  • Chips or uneven edges

  • Gaps between teeth

  • Worn or irregular tooth shapes

  • Mild alignment concerns

At Dentistry on the Clyde, every veneer is designed with precision to look natural, balanced, and in harmony with your smile.

Porcelain Veneers: A Long-Term Smile Investment

Porcelain veneers are considered the premium option in cosmetic dentistry due to their durability and lifelike appearance.

Benefits of Porcelain Veneers

  • Exceptionally natural look and feel

  • Highly resistant to staining

  • Long-lasting results (often 10–15+ years)

  • Custom-made for a precise fit

Porcelain closely mimics the translucency of natural enamel, making it ideal for patients seeking a refined, long-term transformation.

Best For:

  • Patients wanting a long-lasting cosmetic solution

  • Those seeking the most natural aesthetic outcome

  • Individuals looking for minimal maintenance over time

Composite Veneers: A Flexible and Cost-Effective Option

Composite veneers are applied directly to the tooth using tooth-coloured resin, often in a single appointment.

Benefits of Composite Veneers

  • More affordable than porcelain

  • Minimal tooth preparation required

  • Faster results, often in one visit

  • Easily repairable if chipped

While composite veneers don’t last as long as porcelain, they are an excellent choice for patients looking for a more accessible or conservative option.

Best For:

  • Smaller cosmetic enhancements

  • Budget-conscious patients

  • Those wanting a less permanent solution

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long do veneers last?

The lifespan of veneers depends on the type chosen and how well they’re cared for.

  • Porcelain veneers typically last 10–15 years or more with good oral hygiene.

  • Composite veneers usually last 5–7 years before needing repair or replacement.
Regular dental check-ups and good daily care can significantly extend their lifespan.

2. Do veneers damage your natural teeth?

When placed correctly by an experienced dentist, veneers do not damage your teeth. Only a small amount of enamel is removed to ensure a secure and natural-looking fit. Composite veneers may require little to no enamel removal at all.

3. Are veneers painful?

The veneer process is generally very comfortable. Most patients experience little to no discomfort, and any sensitivity is usually mild and temporary. Local anaesthetic can be used if needed to ensure you remain comfortable throughout treatment.

4. Can veneers look natural?

Absolutely. Modern veneers are designed to closely mimic the colour, translucency, and texture of natural teeth. When expertly planned and placed, veneers can be virtually indistinguishable from natural enamel.

5. How do I care for my veneers?

Caring for veneers is similar to caring for natural teeth:

  • Brush twice daily with a non-abrasive toothpaste

  • Floss daily

  • Attend regular dental check-ups

  • Avoid biting hard objects (such as ice or pens)

With good care, veneers can remain beautiful for many years.

He literally gave me my smile back and gave me so much confidence which before gave me a lot of insecurity. 10/10 experience with Nial! I will continue to shout about it from the rooftops.I used to be quite scared of the dentist but Nial put me completely at ease, discussed options, described treatments and answered any questions I had along the way. Nial would also let me put headphones on to listen to music to help drown out the sound of drilling etc which is what the majority of my fear was from… and he never once judged me for my eclectic music requests! 😝I had to have a lot of work done before we moved on to my ‘ABC’ (alignment, bleach and composite bonding) treatment and every step of the way was pain free. I am so beyond thrilled with the results and I would recommend him to everyone. A big shout out to Christina too who was with me through the majority of my treatment assisting Nial.Buzzing with my new smile! 🫶🏻🥰✨

First appointment done, was nowhere near as stressful as I'd thought! Couple of sleepless nights for absolutely no reason. The staff are lovely, very reassuring, checking in with me all the way through the treatment. Hoping next appointment is just the same 🤞🙂

The mouth guard I got from my dentist has been genuinely life changing - after dealing with jaw pain for as long as I can remember due to anxiety, the mouthguard has stopped the pain completely! The practice has really lovely and friendly staff that make you feel at ease, and are very happy to answer questions and explain things in depth. Best dentist I've been to.

I first visited Dentistry on the Clyde in March 2025,I had already spoke to 2 other Dentists elsewhere but never felt comfortable with what they were proposing. From my initial consultation with Rebecca who explained the full process I would need to take and the costs as well as their pain free promise ,I was sure I had picked the right place.I was always a bit nervous when going to the dentist in the past but these guys make the visits painless, from the reception staff to Jennifer the hygieneist and to Morven and Yvonne who done my Implants and all associated treatments over several months it really was painless from start to finish.I cannot thank the team enough..10/10!!John

I have been with Dentistry on the Clyde for just over a year. Morven has cured my lifelong phobia of going to the dentist with patience, care and understanding. They say they offer pain free dentistry. At first I did not believe it at all due to many terrible experiences with another dentist practice. But take it from someone who has avoided the dentist for years, you do not feel a thing! If only all dentists used the same way of injecting anaesthetic, no one would be afraid of the dentist again! Thank you Morven for helping me to finally get over my fears. You are one in a million !

17.9.25 - I cannot thank Thurga enough for the first ever pain free filling - she and Ellie where amazing. They numbed my gum with something before the dreaded jag process and I really did not notice the jag whatsoever - thank you so much, you have taken many years of fear away and I mean many years. I highly recommend Team Thurga and Ellie!!!!!

I attended the practice with a problem I was fairly adament was a wisdom tooth issue. After speaking to Ross, he quickly understood the issue to be linked to outside factors, such as stress. He outlined the options I had and provided some exercises to carry out to relax my facial muscle to provide initial relief. Within two weeks, all pain was gone. It was an excellent consultation that shows the wider knowledge and expertise the practice brings outside usual dentistry procedures

I have just completed my Invisalign and composite bonding treatment with Dr Ross Trayner at Dentistry on The Clyde.I am delighted with my smile transformation, I was put at ease from the start and felt that Ross guided me each step of the way. He was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. The finished result still feels very natural but corrected all of the issues I had wanted to fix! Thanks to Ross and Marina for all of your hard work, after years of being conscious of my teeth - I am really happy and my new smile has given me so much confidence! Thanks,Fraser

Suffering many years of dental problems I made an appointment at Dentistry on the Clyde. After an initial consultation I was given three options. These were fully explained to me and included the various costs. There was absolutely no pressure to pick a particular option. I opted for a full upper implant arch. My dentist was Dr Morven McAuley who specialises in implant surgery. The whole process was undertaken very professionally. Morven and her entire team and colleagues were fantastic both in their professional disciplines and general engagement. I’m absolutely delighted with my new implants and only wish I had visited the Practice sooner. Without doubt I highly recommend Dentistry on the Clyde

I can't recommend this dental practice enough. After choosing them last year for dental implants I decided to transfer from my old practice for all my future treatments.I have just finished treatment for 2 dental implants, my dentist Morven was amazing from start to finish Every visit she would explain what was happening and was always reassuring and calming which helped me through my journey. The treatment was totally pain free and I am so happy with the end result. The rest of the staff are lovely as well from the receptionists to the dental nurses and hygienist.

I broke a tooth, however my dentist Morven had told me 9 years ago that the large filling she put in was unlikely to last. It managed all that time and I now have a new crown, saving that tooth. I love this dental practice, every member of staff is welcoming and I feel safe. The care is exemplary.

I had a massive abscess on an upper molar .. got an appointment almost immediately. Nasty tooth was extracted by Morven who fought the mischievous molar for an hour. Once out, the relief was instant. Next day I received a courtesy call from the surgery to ensure I was ok .. although unexpected, it showed they are genuinely considerate to each patient and treat them with a personal touch .. that makes the difference !

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Staff are so lovely, treatment truly is pain free and you feel like you’re treated like an individual. Plenty of time to ask questions, everything is explained so well and you never feel like you’re being rushed out the door. I came here for a second opinion and have now decided to transfer here for all dental care and wont be leaving.

I have been a patient of Dr Morven McCauley at Dentistry on the Clyde since they opened. All the staff are lovely and always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My Dental Nurses Yvonne and Donna are an asset to the practice, not only are they both skilled nurses, they also make all visits relaxing and personal. As a Dentist, Morven goes above and beyond. She takes extreme pride in her work which always results in a better outcome for her patients, thank you Morven.I could not praise this team enough, I am never apprehensive about a dental visit. From one very happy patient.

My appointment for a filling, due to receding gums wasn't due until June. But, the nerve pain I was experiencing was incredible, and I can take alot of pain. This was on a different level. I couldn't eat properly nor brush my teeth without the pain radiating all through my mouth and jaws. However, I phoned on the Friday and got an appointment on the Saturday. Morven and her assistant were fantastic. I got a white filling, filling in an area the receding gum. It was pain-free. Absolutely brilliant. Now I can eat without pain, and most importantly, brush my teeth!

Stuart WilsonDentistry on the Clyde – Review 20.2.24Now in my 70th year and with my top teeth failing I feared I was heading for the dreaded full denture. Thankfully I was very fortunate to be referred to Dentistry on the Clyde. There I met with my wonderful Smile Advisor, Chloe who explored my options with me.Subsequently I met with Dr Morven McCauley who specialises in implantology. Instinctively I felt a very reassuring confidence from Morven, I was very sure I was now in the presence of dentistry excellence. Certainly I was not mistaken and thanks to Morven and her team I now have a wonderful new ceramic upper arch fitted onto six implants. All the staff I met at the practice were brilliant, Smile advisor, Chloe, Dental Nurse, Yvonne, Hygienist, Thurga and all the reception staff.Of course, leading this great team is the very wonderful Dr Morven McCauley, whom in my humble opinion is simply the very best dentist I have ever met, I truly believe she is a real ‘Superstar’ in the world of dentistry. All my treatment was completely pain free and I looked forward to each visit. If you are looking for a top dental practice, please look no further. Without reservation I would highly recommend Dentistry on The Clyde.

I phoned this morning at 9.00 and was given an appointment with Ross at 09.30.I had never met Ross before. I found him friendly, reassuring and very confident that he could address my problem. He was happy to explain his findings and plan of action. There was no hurry, and at the end of the procedure he was happy to answer any questions.I am on the dental plan and i have alwaysbeen given an appointment within a very short space of time if i experience any difficulties.I also like the fact that you are recognised as a patient at this clinic. Everything is done in a professional, friendly manner. Excellent for any patients who have " dentist anxiety"
